1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document correctly.

2Eligibility

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the y9999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any point in the transaction process — what you deposit is what lands in your y9999 balance, and what you request to withdraw is what reaches your payment method.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — y9999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically process within two minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers process within the same business day for requests submitted before 3 PM PKT. y9999 does not apply any processing fees to withdrawals.

Pending KYC: Withdrawals requested before KYC verification is complete may be held pending document submission. y9999 will notify you of any documentation required and will process your withdrawal promptly upon receipt of satisfactory documents.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

y9999 regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer on the y9999 Promotions page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out here.

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new players only, once per account, on their first deposit. Claiming the welcome bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

Where bonus abuse is identified, y9999 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any associated winnings and close the relevant accounts.

6Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the y9999 platform are subject to the specific rules of each individual game, as displayed within the game interface, in addition to these general betting rules.

Bets placed on y9999 are final once confirmed. The platform will not reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances other than a demonstrable technical fault on y9999's side. Players are responsible for ensuring that they are placing the correct bet at the correct stake before confirming. y9999 accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.

In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round — including but not limited to server errors, game crashes or connection interruptions during a live game — y9999 will apply the following policy: if the outcome was determined before the fault, it stands; if the fault occurred before the outcome was determined, the bet is void and the stake is returned. In cases of ambiguity, y9999's decision will be final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and by player account tier. Current bet limits are displayed within each game's interface. y9999 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice, including on accounts where unusual betting patterns have been observed.

Players are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward live dealer staff and other players in any shared table or chat environment. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour in live dealer chat will result in chat access being revoked. Repeated incidents may lead to broader account restrictions.

7Fair Play Policy

8Account Suspension, Restriction and Closure

y9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may lead to account action include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Providing false information at registration or during verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating another person's creation of a duplicate account.
• Bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.
• Fair play violations as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion under Section 9.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, y9999 will notify the account holder via their registered email address and will aim to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and any funds associated with the violating activity forfeited.

12Limitation of Liability

y9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even if y9999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

y9999 is not liable for losses resulting from: (a) your own error or poor judgement in placing bets; (b) technical problems with your device, internet connection or payment provider; (c) force majeure events beyond y9999's reasonable control; or (d) action taken by a relevant authority that restricts or terminates y9999's operations.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y9999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising between a player and y9999 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with y9999's customer support team will be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under y9999's licence.
